Join us in the 100 Days Challenge Duathlon @ Gwen Hooste's house.
This one is just for the ladies.
Distance: 1 mile run, 8.5 mile bike, followed by another 1 mile run.
When: Saturday, March 6 @ 8 am

Arrive around 7:30 am to stretch, warm up & set up your bike. We will begin promptly at 8 am. Bikes will be kept in a closed garage while we run. Use whatever bike you have, it doesn't have to be anything fancy.
